With our extensive electronic translation and transfer capabilities, we can take your PCB data or component drawing and provide complete turnkey solutions on your time frame. You’ll have the convenience of using one vendor, incurring reduced design and integration charges, and knowing it will all work together.

GSC has 6 CAD/CAM centers capable of 3D modeling, Gerber, dwg, ODB++, Valor, HPL, DXF, IGES, and pdf file translation / manipulation / design / programming. The fabrication facility has 7 state of the art CNC milling/cutting centers, 5 conventional milling centers, 2 turning centers, 1 grinding center, 1 dedicated wiring and solder/desolder center, and a complete titanium and stainless steel fabrication & welding facility. Our inspection group is equipped with state of the art Mitutyo CMM equipment capable of handling up to 32" lengths, an optical comparator, temperature test chambers, stereo microscopes, and a complete complement of gauges and fixtures.

The Pallet Division

Our pallet division is focused on the fast, efficient conversion of our customers data into solder and reflow pallets that meet the needs of their applications no matter how complex or demanding their environment. It is their goal to ship all pallet orders of 5 or less within 72 hours after receipt of a customers order. With a vendor part number data base and state of the art CAD tools they relieve the customer from having to worry about components heights, having sample boards, and letting them concentrate on the tasks that bring value add to their company. Each customer is given their own design guidelines document that insures each design conforms to their unique needs and requirements.

The Tooling Division

The tooling division is focused on products that help our customers produce quality products, easier, more efficiently, and help the customer eliminate the possibility of errors by designing the fixtures so that a minimum of training and instruction are needed for the customer to use them. The tooling divisions designs and builds products such as insertion fixtures, solder stencils, stencil supports, pick and place supports, press fixtures, assembly fixtures, conformal coating pallets, QC and inspection templates and fixtures, and fixtures incorporating wiring such as test fixtures and bed of nails fixtures.

SMT Nozzle and Replacement Parts Division

This division focuses on machining fine tolerance nozzles and replacement parts for customers. The original OEM specifications are matched or exceeded. Precision machining and inspection allow us to save customers up to 50% over buying their parts from the OEM"s. Since the OEM"s do not make these parts, customers are forced to pay up to double the originals manufacture"s price . Eliminate the markup the OEMs put on these parts they themselves procure from manufacturers such as GSC.

Machining Division

The machining division offers customers access to a state of the art machine shop for their prototype, repair and replacement parts, and other machining needs. Offering replacement parts for many of the major equipment manufacturers machines allows our customers to buy direct products such as solder fingers, SMT nozzles, and eliminate the markup the OEMs put on these parts they themselves procure from manufacturers such as GSC.
