PCB Search was created to fill a need for an independent information source that was not directly connected to the electronics industry. Owned and operated by a Internet consulting company, PCB Search is intended to answer a need that was observed from working with a client that provided printed circuit board design, layout, and fabrication. The company also provides OrCAD training and training on other well-known PCB design software.

Search engine marketing and advertising can be very expensive for smaller electronics manufacturing companies, so it was thought that a site that specifically focuses on the industry could provide a more cost-effective means to contact potential clients for PCB services, printed circuit board design, PCB layout, and training on PCB CAD software.

Starting with listings from an open general directory, we will be adding to and expanding upon the listings that we currently have, and companies are invited to submit their listing for consideration to be included at no charge. Companies what would like extra coverage, additional advertising options, or inclusion in our RFP program should contact us for more information and rates.

Our approach to providing a directory is a little different than most sites in that we start with short descriptive diectory listings and then review the site for content. We then copy some of the content from the site that best describes what the site is about and give our visitors a good idea of what to expect to find on the site. Our use of the site content is to help the site owner to be found on our system with the idea that if the visitor is interested, they will visit the site for more information. Any site owner that would prefer that we not use material from their site please let us know and it will be removed as soon as possible.
